Russell Auto Restorations

Kj a month ago

I got a great deal on an old 1992 Mercedes-Benz 600 but it really needed some mechanical work and a lot of restoration. I didn’t know where to start. I knew of several companies around so I started with those getting estimates, but I wasn’t happy with the customer service and lack of communication. I kept on my search and finally found “Russell auto restorations” I couldn’t be any happier. Not only was the price fair and under my budget but the customer service was outstanding (I felt like family)…. I trust this business 100% and will never bring my future cars anywhere else but here!!

Great experience with Dan and his crew. They replaced the window seals and adjusted the windows to make them fit perfectly. Several shops told me it couldn’t be done. They had the job completed in about a week. Great communication, sent me photos of everything they did, very fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Dan is your all-around man! Meeting him for the first time was like I had known him for years. He's very down to earth and has a good sense of humor. He did a bunch of body work for my 63 Grand Prix and was explaining every step through the process with pictures, emails, text messages, and in person when I would visit his shop. He is upfront on how involved the job is, so there are no surprises. Not only a customer, but I felt like I acquired a friend. The entire Russell Restoration staff know their business, and I will be a returning customer. Thanks Dan for your honesty and professionalism, and a big thanks to his staff. Kevin

I trusted my classic Aston Martin to Dan to repair a rust area below the rear window a very sensitive spot because you had to remove the rear window. I travelled 410 miles to have Dan do the repair because I trusted him to do it right the first time and remove the window because there are no replacement rear windows available. His word is his bond and he stood by his estimate even thought i know he spent more time on it. I am giving him 5 stars because I can't give him 6 Stars. I also had him buff and ceramic the entire car and it looks fantastic.
